Recruitment process
At Clearsoft, we attach great importance to getting the right people on board. In order to find candidates that will fit perfectly within our technical field and working culture we use a recruitment process composed of several steps.
- CV Assessment
At this stage we consider a candidate’s experience, career history and strong skills. If they match our needs we proceed to the next step.
- Practical Test
The candidate is presented with a practical task to solve. It might be a programming problem a knowledge quiz, a design task or a variation of them. The results are verified by our engineers and successful candidates are invited for an interview.
- Technical Interview
The final, conclusive part of the process consists of:
- Presentation of the Company, the relevant project and the offered position
- A series of hands-on verification exercises such as solving design problems and writing pieces of code on the whiteboard connected with technical as well as more general discussion.
- Q&A session
